Keith Belair is a Managing Director at Crown Capital, focusing on portfolio company operations. In his role, he focuses on driving organizational and operational changes at Crown’s portfolio companies. Keith currently serves as CEO of Aeromist, a manufacturer and distributor of high-pressure misting and fogging equipment and supplies.

Prior to joining Crown, Keith served as a CEO, COO, CFO, and a board-level advisor across manufacturing, telecom, and aftermarket automotive portfolio companies of various private equity firms, including Huron and Sentinel Capital Partners. He was previously a strategic advisor at private equity specialist Gridiron Capital, where he worked on several successful acquisitions.

Over the course of his career, Keith has completed 100+ acquisitions and has led numerous management teams across the globe. Keith was previously the COO and CFO of Shelby North America, where he spearheaded key tactical partnerships with Ford Motor Company and Tuscany Motors, developing the Shelby GT350, Shelby GT500, and the Shelby Raptor Program. His efforts at Shelby nearly quadrupled profits during his tenure.

Keith earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
