Jim Driscoll is a Managing Director at Crown Capital, focusing on portfolio company operations. In his role, he supports the day-to-day operations and provides board-level leadership to Crown’s portfolio companies. Jim works broadly with the firm’s portfolio companies to optimize operational, strategic, and financial outcomes.

Prior to joining Crown, Jim spent over three decades in senior leadership roles across both operational and finance functions in the energy, healthcare, and transportation sectors, and he has extensive experience in turnaround situations. Having worked globally in South America, Australia, Asia, and Europe, Jim’s previous operating roles have captured the gamut of the corporate evolution, from startup to mature to multi-stage exit. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of eCombustible Energy, a board member of Climalock, and a board advisor to Channel Biorefinery and Terminal.

Jim earned a B.A. in English Literature from Bowdoin College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
