Tom Matthews is a Senior Investment Associate at Crown Capital. In his role, he supports investment sourcing, deal-related due diligence, and fund operations. Tom conducts financial analysis on Crown’s active investments as well as new investment opportunities and is also a key contributor to the firm’s investor reporting and audit processes.

Prior to joining Crown, Tom worked at Expertwired, a high-growth startup based in Amsterdam, where he focused on global client acquisition and the company’s cross-border commercial strategy.

Tom earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Amsterdam and an M.Sc. in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.
